Mud Club is our independent studio program designed for potters ready to work confidently on their own.

To join, you must have completed for wheel, our 4-Week Beginners Course and 4-Week Continuation Course and for handbuilding our 5 Week Handbuilding Course, or have equivalent experience through courses or studio practice outside of Dirty Hands. This ensures everyone in the space is able to manage their work independently, from making to glazing.

Mud Club gives you access to our fully equipped studio, including pottery wheels, tools, clay, and shared resources. It’s a supportive, self-directed environment where you can refine your skills, explore new ideas, and settle into a consistent clay practice, at your own pace, on your own terms.
