Pottery Hand Building

Handbuilding is an great introduction to working with clay, where you can learn different techniques and make pieces of your own. With guidance from our experienced teachers, you’ll have time to experiment with shapes, textures and ideas, whether you arrive with something in mind or want to see where the clay takes you.
Your class includes 2.5 hours in the studio, all clay, tools and materials, plus the firing and glazing of your work. Once you’ve finished, your pieces stay on our studio shelves to dry and are looked after by our team. We take care of the firing and glazing, then get in touch when your finished pieces are ready to collect.
Suitable for beginners, no previous pottery experience is needed. Just come along, get hands-on with clay and enjoy making something at your own pace.

The max capacity for this class is 12ppl to help create a more intimate and focused learning environment.
Whether you have a piece in mind or need some inspo, our teachers will help you bring your ideas to life and get those creative juices flowing!
The class is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if unable to attend and we are notified 24hrs in advanced.
All supplies and kiln firing are included in the cost.
