For aspiring ceramicists wanting to push their practice and develop the skills to create height and complex forms with larger amounts of clay. Controlling larger amounts of clay, particularly when throwing taller forms can be quite challenging at first.
In this course, Claudia, will walk you through how to re-adjust basic throwing techniques so they are more suitable for controlling larger amount of clay, with a focus on bringing the clay up into the walls. This course is designed to challenge you, with a focus on learning without the pressure of perfection. The goal is to leave with a large body of work, but a whole new set of skills that you can utilise in your practice going forward.
