Karyn has been an art teacher for over 20 years and remains deeply passionate about instilling the value of living a creative life in her students.
Known for her vibrant use of bold, bright colors, her latest series takes inspiration from the work of Trent Dalton. At the heart of her collection is the little blue wren, a symbol of embracing one’s complete narrative, not just the polished, public-facing moments.
The artwork delves into the stories of historical figures, images, and statues—each who would indeed have an interesting story to tell.
