Beyond the Surface is a captivating exploration of mysticism, emotion and sensory experience.
This joint exhibition delves into the mysterious underwater world as a metaphor for the profound depths within ourselves, while celebrating the tactile and emotional resonance of texture.
Through abstract forms, sustainable materials, and nature-inspired illustrations, the artists invite viewers to find light and connection, encouraging a slower more mindful engagement with the art. By transforming traditional art perceptions into an immersive journey of transcendent love, personal evolution, and environmental consciousness, “Beyond the Surface” fosters a deeper appreciation of both our inner and outer worlds.

Georgina Lamperd is a low-impact illustrator and papermaker artist, always searching for sustainable ways to create artworks. All illustrations are handmade, inspired by the natural world, her ink on paper works delves into the structures found in nature. Georgina engages the viewer to slow down, be present and take their time to focus on the small details. Nature, pattern, form, slowness, and sustainability inspire her art practice to create a softer footprint on the environment.
